Amending or cancelling an existing reservation

If you have made your reservation on slh.com you can amend or cancel your reservation online (cancellation charges may apply, please check your booking cancellation policy before cancelling). Please ensure that if you cancel your reservation, a cancellation number needs to be generated to confirm your booking is fully cancelled, without a cancellation number you may be charged for a no-show fee.

If you would prefer to email us, please send your enquiry to reservation@slh.com. All emails are monitored Monday to Friday only. If you require urgent assistance, especially during weekends and public holidays when the office is closed, we suggest you to contact our reservation team using our toll free numbers for an immediate response.

Redeeming a Gift Certificate

For information about how to make a reservation using your gift certificate please visit our Redeeming a Gift Certificate page. Our Hotel Gift Certificates programme has been discontinued. All valid Hotel Gift Certificates will be honoured until their expiry dates. However, please see below for further information about our all new SLH eGift Cards.
