Hotel Regency

We only had one night in Florence on our Italy trip and the Regency was a great location. All the staff treated everyone so great and were attentive to any of our asks. The room was spacious and comfortable. lastly the breakfast in the morning was a great spread!

Excellent customer service and quiet rooms. We upgraded to a premium room for a little more space and larger bathroom with shower instead of tub only. Location just inside the city restricted driving zone made it easy to walk into the city center. A/C system worked well. Valet parking was helpful to Read more[SPLIT]Read lessavoid parking problems . and penalty for driving into the TLZ restricted zone for residence/business. No onsite gym facility, but they offered paid access to a gym down the street.
