A great location on the Thames (almost!) with incredible staff. The hotel was great and they didn't bat an eyelid when we arrived with our 2 large dogs. The room was opulent and the bed heavenly. Our only regrets were not booking a table for a drink on the roof top and only booking 1 night!

The staff are very warm and welcoming from the minute you check in. This is a very very nice, first class hotel in a location that is very easy to find. It has beautiful decor throughout. The room we stayed in had everything you could possibly need, with a very comfortable large bed and a well stocked bathroom with a great shower. For a brand new hotel Vintry and Mercer has the feel of a well established, intimate bolt hole. The welcome at reception was wonderful. All the staff we encountered were friendly, well informed and really seemed to enjoy their jobs. Our room, an executive king was wonderful. The rooms seem really well sound proofed - we honestly didn't hear a thing during our stay. The bathroom looks great and has lovely amenities. My little niggles were that there was no mirror over the sink for shaving and no where to hang a hand towel after you've washed your hands. Not deal breakers but really easily remedied.
